Withdrawal policy

This policy sets out how withdrawals from a Quanaliz account work: the available methods, the processing times, the checks that apply, the limits, and the honest reasons a request can be delayed or refused. By requesting a withdrawal you accept these rules. They are consistent with the Deposit and withdrawal methods page.

1. Available withdrawal methods

Withdrawals are made to a UK bank account in your verified name, to the Visa card used for funding where your issuer supports returns, or in USDT over the TRC-20 network to a wallet address you control and have verified. We do not send funds to third-party accounts or wallets, and we do not support methods that cannot be traced back to you, because that requirement is what protects your balance from anyone else.

2. Processing times

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the next working day and normally reach your account within one to three business days. Visa withdrawals take one to five business days depending on the issuer. USDT TRC-20 transfers are sent within 24 hours of approval, after which the network's own confirmation time applies. Business days mean UK working days, excluding weekends and public holidays; a request made on Friday evening begins processing on Monday.

3. Fees and charges

Quanaliz charges no fee for withdrawals at any tier. Costs that can appear are third-party ones: a digital-asset network fee for USDT transfers, or, rarely, a payment-provider charge for a specific method. Any such cost is displayed for your acceptance before the request is submitted; nothing is deducted silently afterwards.

4. Withdrawal limits

The minimum withdrawal is £50 by bank transfer or card and the equivalent in USDT. There is no maximum limit as such; larger requests may take longer because they pass additional checks, and where an amount exceeds what a method or partner supports, the withdrawal is paid in instalments without extra cost to you. Your personal manager can confirm the figures that apply to your account tier at any time.

5. KYC and AML checks

The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification as described in the AML / KYC policy. Requests are also monitored against money-laundering patterns; where a pattern requires review, processing can be paused while the review concludes. These checks are protective, apply to every client, and are lifted as soon as the review is satisfied.

6. Reasons a withdrawal can be delayed or refused

  • Identity or address verification is incomplete or documents have expired.
  • The destination details do not match the verified account holder.
  • Documents provided are unreadable or inconsistent with records.
  • An AML review of unusual activity is underway.
  • Technical or regulatory reasons outside our control, such as a partner bank's temporary restriction.

Where a request is held, you are told which reason applies and what will resolve it. A refusal is never silent.

7. Your responsibility for payment details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the bank account, card and wallet details you register. A transfer sent to details you entered incorrectly can be extremely difficult to recover, and where it is recoverable, recovery happens at the receiving bank's pace, not ours. Check the sort code and account number digit by digit, and test a small amount first whenever you register a new destination.

8. Cancelling or changing a request

A withdrawal request can be cancelled or edited from your dashboard while its status is "Pending". Once processing has begun, marked "Processing" or later, the request can no longer be altered, because the payment instruction has already left the platform. If you change your mind at that point, the practical route is to let the withdrawal complete and redeposit the amount, which is free.

9. Support with withdrawals

Questions, and any withdrawal that seems slower than the times above, go to [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays), answered usually under one business hour. Include the request reference from your dashboard so the team can trace the payment immediately. If you believe a withdrawal has gone wrong in a way support cannot resolve, the Complaints procedure applies.

10. How this policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in methods, partners or legal requirements. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and material changes, particularly any affecting processing times or limits, are announced to registered clients by email before they apply.

11. A closing note on risk

Withdrawal rules are about moving money safely, not about market outcomes. The value of the balance available for withdrawal still depends on trading results, which can be negative. Nothing in this policy changes the risks described in the Risk disclosure.
