Deposit and withdrawal methods

Every method available to UK clients, with its type, cost and honest processing time. All deposits and withdrawals are free of platform fees; the only costs that can ever appear are third-party network or payment-provider charges, and those are shown before you confirm.

Deposit methods

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the method allows.

Payment method Type Fee Processing time Details
Faster Payments bank transfer Local bank transfer Free Instant A UK bank transfer sent over the Faster Payments scheme is the quickest way to fund your account. Confirm the sort code and account number shown in your dashboard, approve the payment in your banking app, and the funds normally arrive within seconds. Quanaliz does not charge for deposits.
Visa Debit / credit card Free Instant Visa debit and credit cards are accepted for deposits from UK-issued cards. After standard bank security checks the payment is usually credited straight away. Some issuers may apply their own cash-advance treatment to credit-card funding.
Mastercard Debit / credit card Free Instant Mastercard deposits work the same way as Visa: authorisation, a possible identity check, and the balance appears on your account almost immediately. Quanaliz adds no deposit fee on top.
USDT TRC-20 Digital assets Free Within 24 hours Digital-asset deposits are accepted in USDT over the TRC-20 network. Send only from a wallet you control and copy the deposit address exactly; funds are credited once the network confirms the transfer, normally within 24 hours.

UK bank transfers are sent over the Faster Payments scheme, so a deposit from a current account normally arrives within seconds, around the clock. The minimum first deposit is £250 on the Basic plan; Advanced and Premium plans start at £1,500 and £5,000 respectively.

Withdrawal methods

Withdrawals are requested from your dashboard and released after the standard verification checks.

Payment method Type Fee Processing time Details
Bank transfer Local bank transfer Free 1–3 business days Withdrawals to a UK bank account in your verified name are processed on the next working day and normally reach your account within one to three business days, depending on your bank. The first withdrawal follows completion of identity verification.
Visa Debit / credit card Free 1–5 business days Where your card issuer supports it, funds are returned to the Visa card used for the deposit. Final settlement depends on the issuer and is typically one to five business days.
USDT TRC-20 Digital assets Free Within 24 hours Digital-asset withdrawals in USDT are sent over the TRC-20 network, usually within 24 hours of approval. Network conditions can extend the wait, and the destination wallet address must be verified before each transfer.

Business days are working days in the United Kingdom, excluding weekends and public holidays. A request submitted late on Friday or on a bank holiday is processed on the next working day.

Good to know before you move money

Verification comes first

The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification. Doing it right after registration avoids any wait later; most checks finish within one business day.

Your name, your account

Funds can be withdrawn only to a bank account, card or wallet in your own verified name, which is both a legal requirement and your protection against account takeover.

Honest timelines

The times above are what the method genuinely takes. A bank transfer arriving in one to three business days is normal; it is not a delay, and support cannot speed up your bank.

The rules that govern withdrawal processing, limits and the reasons a request can be held are set out in the Withdrawal policy. Questions about a specific payment go to [email protected].
