Fraud warning

We take every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity seriously. From time to time we identify companies that use our name, or names closely resembling ours, without permission. This page explains why the warning exists, how to recognise a clone, and what to do if you think you have met one.

Why this notice exists

Fraudsters imitate established financial brands because imitation is cheaper than reputation. Cloned firms copy names, logos, text and even registration details, then use them to collect deposits, personal data or both. The imitation causes confusion and spreads false information about our company and its services, and it can cost the people who trust it real money.

We work continuously to identify firms misusing our brand, and we are clear about one limit: some clones remain undetected for a period before they are found. That is why the guidance below is written for your own protection rather than as a list of known names, which would date within weeks.

Cloned companies

A clone typically reaches you through an unexpected call, message or advertisement after you have shown interest in a trading service somewhere online. The site or app looks professional and uses the Quanaliz name, but the details do not survive checking: the web address is a variation such as "quanaliz-support" or a different domain entirely, the email address is a free account rather than @quanaliz.org, and payment instructions point to an account in a private name or an unfamiliar company.

If you suspect you are dealing with a clone using our brand, name or logo: do not share any personal information, do not send money, break off contact, and notify us immediately at [email protected] with the details you have, including the web address and any phone numbers used. Your report helps us act faster and warn others.

How to verify you are dealing with us

  • Address bar. Quanaliz operates only at quanaliz.org. Type it yourself rather than following links from messages or adverts.
  • Email. Official mail comes only from @quanaliz.org addresses. Free-mail accounts are never ours.
  • What we never ask for. No genuine Quanaliz representative will ever ask for your password, a two-factor code, remote access to your device, or a payment into an account that does not appear in your own dashboard.
  • Pressure. Urgency, secrecy and "today only" offers are fraud techniques, not our sales method. We do not cold-call with guaranteed returns, and we encourage you to end any call that does.

Always verify the legitimacy of any company you deal with online before sharing personal data or beginning a business relationship, whichever brand is involved.

Our position on misused identity

We are aware of cases where our name and personal details have been wrongfully used for fraudulent purposes that we cannot influence or control. While we sincerely regret the financial losses suffered by anyone affected, the company is not responsible for fraudulent transactions carried out in our name by third parties. Reporting to us at the address above is still valuable: we can confirm quickly whether a contact is genuine, warn other users, and where appropriate involve the relevant authorities.
