Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions clients and prospective clients ask most often, grouped by topic: using the platform, fees and results, functions, risks, security, payments and support. Each answer is written to be useful on its own; where a topic needs more depth, the answer links to the full page.
General usage
Complete the form on the home page or the Create account page with your name, email address and telephone number, then confirm the email link. You need no documents at registration; identity documents are requested later, before your first withdrawal.
No. The platform is built for people without a trading background. Your personal manager completes the setup with you on a call, explains every setting in plain English and remains your contact afterwards.
Yes. The dashboard works in any modern mobile browser, and alerts arrive by email. All core actions, including pausing a strategy and requesting a withdrawal, are available on a phone.
The service is offered to people aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. Verification includes a date-of-birth check.
Fees and results
There is no monthly platform fee. The trading commission is up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50%, and there is no inactivity fee. Every applicable fee is shown before you confirm an action.
The History section of your dashboard lists every executed transaction together with the fee applied at the time, and the weekly summary email totals them for you.
No. Trading carries the risk of losing part or all of the amount you invest, and no feature of the platform, including automated analysis, changes that. Illustrative figures in our calculator are examples, not forecasts.
Results are the change in the value of your positions and balance over a period, after the fees applied to each transaction. The dashboard reports it in one table, and past performance is not a guide to future results.
Functions and platform use
A strategy follows a defined set of rules across chosen assets: when to enter, when to exit and how much capital it may use. It executes continuously without needing you at the screen, including overnight and at weekends for digital assets.
Yes. You decide which strategies are active, how much capital each may use, which alerts you receive and how conservative the volatility guard should be. Your manager helps translate preferences into settings.
You receive email alerts for events you select: a strategy pausing, an alert threshold being crossed, a new device signing in and withdrawal requests. A weekly summary email collects positions, results and fees.
The engine reads price movement, trading volume, volatility, trend structure and historical patterns across the assets the platform follows, and ranks what it finds in your daily briefing. The Artificial intelligence page explains it in depth.
Risks
Yes. All trading carries financial risk, including the loss of the amount you invest, and automated strategies do not remove that. The Risk disclosure page describes every category of risk in plain language.
It is the size and speed of price swings; high volatility means large moves in short windows, which applies to gains and losses equally.
It can pause strategy execution when markets become excessively unstable, which limits exposure during chaos. It does not prevent losses that have already happened, and it does not guarantee the resumed market will be kinder.
Security and account
Encryption in transit and at rest, login and activity alerts by email, session control you can revoke in one action, API keys limited to reading and trading, and a full audit trail. Two-factor authentication is optional and strongly recommended.
Withdrawals are requested only by you, go only to destinations in your verified name, and API connections never carry withdrawal permission. The Security page details every measure.
Use the password reset from the sign-in page first. If that fails, or you have lost your two-factor device, write to support from your registered email; recovery is identity-checked and human-led by design.
Our messages come only from @quanaliz.org addresses and never ask for your password, a one-time code or remote access to your device. When in doubt, type quanaliz.org yourself rather than following a link.
Help and support
The Client Support & Compliance team replies usually under one business hour during Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays). Security concerns are prioritised ahead of the ordinary queue.
Write to [email protected] or ask your personal manager. A screenshot of the screen in question usually shortens the answer considerably.
Email [email protected] with the word Complaint in the subject line. The Complaints procedure page explains the stages, timelines and your escalation route in full.
Accounts, deposits and withdrawals
£250 on the Basic plan. Advanced starts from £1,500 and Premium from £5,000. The deposit is trading capital, not a fee.
Faster Payments bank transfers and card deposits are normally instant; withdrawals take one to three business days by bank transfer, one to five by Visa, and USDT TRC-20 transfers are sent within 24 hours.
Yes, from the Balance page of your dashboard, at no platform fee. The first withdrawal follows completed identity verification.
