A personal manager, from your first day
Every Quanaliz client is paired with a named personal manager from the moment of registration: a real person who helps with activation, explains the platform in plain English, assists with deposits and withdrawals, and stays with your account afterwards. It is the difference between using a platform and being helped through one.
Registration is open, limited places
A personal manager will contact you within 24 hours.
By creating an account, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. What personal support means here
Personal support is individual accompaniment through the whole life of an account. Your manager is not a call-centre agent reading from a script; they know your settings, your risk level and your history, and their job is to make sure nothing about the platform remains mysterious to you. The service exists because the honest alternative, a self-service knowledge base and a queue, is exactly what defeats most beginners.
2. What you gain from it
- Individual service. Advice and explanations pitched at your level of experience, not the average of a million users.
- Help with activation. Verification, dashboard setup and the first strategy mandate, completed with you rather than sent to you.
- Fast answers. A named person to write to, instead of starting from zero with every question.
- Information shaped for you. The briefing a retired teacher needs differs from the briefing an actuarial analyst needs; your manager knows which one you are.
- Continuity. The same person at month one and at year two, who remembers what you decided and why.
3. What your manager can help with
Activation: registering, verifying identity and address, and getting the dashboard configured correctly on the first call. First steps: walking through the daily briefing, the alerts, the strategy pages and the transaction history until each one is familiar. Platform use: adjusting strategy settings, explaining what a volatility-guard pause meant, reviewing fees. Payments: making your first deposit by Faster Payments bank transfer or card, and guiding withdrawal requests and their timelines. Account upkeep: updating your details, reviewing security settings, and the periodic reviews that keep allocations honest. Anything about how the platform works is in scope; the one thing your manager will not do is make risk decisions for you.
4. Who this service suits
Beginners are the obvious constituency: someone to complete setup with, to ask the small questions without embarrassment, and to explain what a term means the first time it appears. Experienced investors tend to use the manager differently, as a counterpart for reviews and a shortcut to specifics: what exactly a setting does, what a fee worked out to, what changed since last quarter. Clients who simply prefer people to portals, whatever their experience, are equally well served; the service is human by design, not as an upsell.
5. How the service works, in four steps
- Registration. You complete the form on this page or the Create account page.
- First contact. Your manager calls, normally within 24 hours, introduces themselves and answers your questions about how everything works.
- Activation together. Verification, dashboard setup, strategy mandate and, if you decide to proceed, the first deposit, all completed on one call.
- Ongoing support. Questions as they arise, a weekly rhythm of reporting, and a periodic review call to check the setup still fits your life.
6. Channels you can use
Your personal manager, directly, by phone and email, for anything about your account. Support at [email protected] for anything else, including when your manager is unavailable. Callback, bookable through your dashboard for a time that suits you. The help centre: the FAQ, Getting started and product pages, for the questions that are better answered at your own pace at midnight.
7. Hours
The team works Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays), with replies usually under one business hour. Outside those hours the platform's automated side keeps working, and anything you send is answered first thing on the next working day. Security concerns are prioritised whenever they arrive; if your matter is urgent and involves suspected unauthorised access, say so in the first line.
8. Help with payments
Deposits: your manager confirms the current Faster Payments details in your dashboard before your first transfer, and card deposits are handled the same way, free and normally instant. Withdrawals: they walk you through the request, set expectations for the timeline (one to three business days by bank transfer, one to five by Visa, within 24 hours for USDT TRC-20), and chase anything that looks slower than promised. Payment questions are among the most common reasons clients write, and they are handled with priority.
9. Questions about the service
Normally within 24 hours of registration, during UK business hours. If that window passes without a call, write to [email protected] and the team will chase it the same day.
Every client has one, whatever their experience. What changes is the content: a beginner's calls are about setup and vocabulary; an experienced client's are about settings, fees and reviews.
Yes, and most questions new clients ask are the same handful. Nothing about the dashboard is meant to be obvious on day one; that is precisely why the manager exists.
Yes, from confirming the payment details for your first deposit to guiding a withdrawal request and its expected timeline.
Write to [email protected] any time; the Client Support & Compliance team covers for each other, and your account history travels with the request.
10. One honest boundary
Your manager advises, explains and operates the platform with you. They do not make your risk decisions, they will not promise outcomes, and they will tell you when they think an allocation is too aggressive for your situation. A manager who could guarantee results would be lying; the guarantee would be the first clue.
11. Meet your manager this week
Registering takes two minutes and costs nothing. The first call is a conversation, not a commitment; you fund an account only if and when you decide to. From £250 when you are ready, with no monthly platform fee and a person who knows your name.
Personal support does not remove investment risk; losses remain possible, including of capital invested. Read the Risk disclosure before funding an account.
